We are in search of an Account Coordinator to support our client's Customer Service and Logistics team. In this role, you will manage customer orders from entry through delivery while serving as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and internal operations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Ideal Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Some Saturdays required during peak season

What Will You Do?
As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurate, on time, and handled with care.
Account Coordinator Top Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customer orders (domestic and international)

Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system

Coordinate with sales, planning, production, and logistics teams

Communicate order status, ship dates, and delivery updates to customers

Ensure pricing, contracts, and customer requirements are accurate

Track shipments and assist with freight coordination

Use customer and carrier portals as needed

Help resolve order issues and support overall customer satisfaction
Compensation
$25/hour
