Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $28/hr

Our client is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist to join their team and support the HR department. You will play a key role in employee onboarding, recruitment, engagement, payroll, and retention initiatives.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $28/hr
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
You're good at:
- Managing employee relations and engagement
- Oversee the onboarding process
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Handle internal HR matters and investigations
- Train staff on HR practices
- Administer payroll
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and AAP compliance
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (required)
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation
- Proficiency with HRIS and onboarding software
- Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., Paychex, QuickBooks, Prism)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
