We are in search of a Administrative Assistant to support a local Property Management company in Sonoma County.
Schedule is M-F 8:30AM am to 5:00PM
Pay is $22+/DOE

What you’ll do:
Answer phone and route calls or take messages. Assist external and internal customers. Support office staff.
Top responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a timely manner with extreme attention to the customer experience
- Entering data efficiently and accurately
- Scheduling visits, reviewing applications
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer savvy and ability to learn new systems
- Customer service must be your top priority. You are a people person with an amazing personality.
- Attention to detail in everything you do.
- Follow through with a can-do attitude.
MUST HAVE Previous Admin/Receptionist experience and multi line phone experience. Must be knowledgeable in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word and Property Management is a PLUS
