Customer Service Representative – Administrative
Location: Napa, CA
About the Role:
This position ensures that all customers receive consistent, high-quality service in line with the policies and procedures of the Customer Service Center (CSC). Provides support and coverage to Dispatch, Payment Center, and Roll Off Desks. Shifts may vary, and employees may rotate between desks and office locations. Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Possess knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial company services; learn customer-related databases.

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and order requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Educate customers about company services.

Set up and maintain accurate customer profile records for all interactions.

Review daily CSR account work using reports and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and correct errors before they affect billing.

Meet daily accuracy goals while handling 60–120 calls per day and performing multiple tasks.

Provide service to walk-in customers as needed; process payments and service requests within CSC standards.

Project a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor that encourages customer confidence.

Perform other duties as assigned

Flexibility to rotate duties and shifts
About You:
-
Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, telephone, and follow-up skills
-
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and turn challenging situations into positive experiences

Basic computer knowledge
-
Minimum one year of call center experience required

Bilingual skills helpful
-
Ability to successfully pass a drug test
Work Experience / Education:
-
High school diploma
-
One year experience in a related field

Good attendance and punctuality

Ability to adapt to changes easily
Schedule:
-
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Must be available to work some Saturdays; schedule is not flexible
Pay:

$24/hour
