Hourly Range: $18- 20 DOE
Our client, a local Windsor Distribution Company is growing! They are looking for an experienced, efficient and motivated Administrative Assistant. You’ll use your experience to support the success of this local Wine company!
Your core responsibilities include:
- Entering orders from various sources
- Communicating with wineries via phone and email
- Watching for clients AR status
- Printing picks for warehouse
- Working with Compliance Manager to educate customers on compliance
- Coordinating special trucking needs with wineries and their customers
- Checking of on hold orders on a weekly basis
- Sending order confirmations on a daily basis
You’re able to work Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4:00 pm.
