We are in search of a admin/receptionist to support a local business.Â
Schedule is M-F 9 am to 4 pmÂ
Pay is $21-22 DOE

What you’ll do:
Answer phone and route calls or take messages. Assist external and internal customers. Support office staff.Â

- Receive incoming calls in a timely manner with extreme attention to the customer experience
- Entering data efficiently and accurately
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer savvy and ability to learn new systems
- Customer service must be your top priority. You are a people person with an amazing personality.

- Follow through with a can-do attitude.
MUST HAVE Previous Admin/Receptionist experience and multi line phone experience. Must be knowledgeable in the use of Outlook, Excel, WordÂ
