Administrative Assistant
Sacramento Ca (in office)
Fulltime : M-F 9am - 5:30pm

The Administrative Assistant will assist with the daily functions of the office to ensure staff can communicate and work efficiently. This job involves answering phone calls greeting visitors, distributing mail, and preparing communications. We are looking for someone who can adapt, take ownership of the position, reliable, resourceful, and energetic.


Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
 
  • Managing heavy email traffic both internally and externally.
  • Manage client database.
  • Data intake, document scanning, copying, and filling physically and electronically.
  • Tax return assembly work.
  • Maintaining scheduled appointments for owner and clients.
  • Manage incoming / outgoing mail and office supplies.
  • Respond to routine correspondence with owner and clients.
  • Errands and other clerical task
  • Answer phones

Requirements and Experience:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to take Direction well.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Work independently.
