We're looking for a detail-oriented part-time administrative assistant with strong communication and analytical skills for a long-term role in Modesto.
Role:
- Support Office Manager/Bookkeeper and Property Manager with organizational and communication tasks.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive material.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage reception duties and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with data entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
- Maintain filing systems and develop efficient administrative systems.
- Handle mail distribution and accounting procedures for commercial properties.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with property management software, such as Skyline, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to submit to a background check.
Schedule:
- 20-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for alternative schedules.
