Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Process and ship sample orders to sales team
• Provide backup support for order processing, including receiving and processing wholesale wine orders
• Assist with receiving as needed
• Manage billing for custom service clients

Qualifications:

• Previous database experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with database management systems.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role.

Work Environment:

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in an office setting and occasionally lifting packages.
