Santa Rosa, CA
Part-Time (Flexible Hours, Some Remote Work Potential)
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (with flexibility)
$20–$26 per hour, DOE
Travel is Required for initial training
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Back Office team member for a part-time, direct hire position in Santa Rosa, CA. This role supports the Parts Sales process and provides essential coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams. The position offers flexible hours (morning shift preferred) with potential for some remote work. The successful candidate will understand the value of long-term customer relationships and loyalty and be comfortable navigating both administrative and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Parts Sales with full communication between customers and technical resources
- Prepare sales offers and process customer purchase orders (POs) into SAP
- Manage and track shipments of parts
- Support inventory control and customer service
- Monitor order budgets and supervise profit margins
- Collaborate with headquarters and intercompany departments
- Communicate with local vendors to coordinate locally sourced parts
- Maintain accurate records of offers and orders
- Generate and manage reporting data as required
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or in a Sales/Service Back Office role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and understanding of customer relationship value
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce (preferred, not required)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
