Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Parts Sales with full communication between customers and technical resources
- Prepare sales offers and process customer purchase orders (POs) into SAP
- Manage and track shipments of parts
- Support inventory control and customer service
- Monitor order budgets and supervise profit margins
- Collaborate with headquarters and intercompany departments
- Communicate with local vendors to coordinate locally sourced parts
- Maintain accurate records of offers and orders
- Generate and manage reporting data as required
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or in a Sales/Service Back Office role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and understanding of customer relationship value
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce (preferred, not required)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
