Hours: FT
Schedule: M-F
Time: 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay: $26-30 DOE

What you’ll do:

The Accounts Receivable representative will be expected to provide accounting support to accounting department working closely with Staff Accountant. 

Top responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service with internal and external customers
• Daily posting into accounting system
• Monthly reporting and managing multiple ledgers 
• Billing of multiple entities 
• Process statements 
• Invoicing 
• Aging reports and collections 
• Reconciliations 

You’re good at:

• Accounts receivable experience 2+ years 
• Microsoft Suite -Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel (Intermediate experience Required)
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Prioritize/organization skills is key
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to diffuse tense situations
• 10 key by touch
• QuickBooks
• Yardi experience a plus
