Accounts Payable

Our client is looking for a methodical, detailed oriented Accounts Payable specialist.

Top responsibilities:

• Consolidates, validates and data entry of payables
• Prepare and mail checks weekly
• Review invoices for accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Processing invoice payments 

You’re good at:

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Entering payroll data 
• Precise Documentation
• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (schedule is negotiable)

Pay: $25
