Accounting Manager (onsite not remote)
Modesto, CA
We are in search of an extraordinary accounting manager who thrives in a collaborative work culture and enjoys managing financial operations of a large business. Ideally you will bring project management experience, strong auditing skills, GL, Strong knowledge of AR, SOP review and implementation, accruals experience.Â

Provide onsite and direct support to the finance team reporting to Director of Accounting.Â
Top responsibilities:
- Exceptional Accounting (GAAP) experience
- Overseeing Accounting operations, Manage AR teamÂ
- Review and ensure accuracy from team members,Â
- Conduct audits and analyze data for compliance and accuracy
- Lead initiatives, review data and productivity for process improvementÂ
- Develop and implement SOPsÂ
- Willingness to coach and guide team to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 3 years of Managing a team in  Accounting (specifically AR)Â
- GL, AR, posting, billing, reconciliations, journal entries
- Self -starter and self directedÂ
- Strong management skill and willingness to develop your team
- Analytical, review and optimize processes
Onsite Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pmÂ
Salary: $80-90kÂ
