Accounting Manager
Fairfield, CA

What you’ll do:
Provide onsite and direct support to the finance team reporting directly to CFO.

Top responsibilities:

Exceptional Accounting (GAAP) experience
Overseeing AP Manager, AR and junior accountant
Financial Analysis and reporting experience required
Intermediate to advanced Excel experience, ERP System knowledge

Must have following experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 5 years of Accounting
GL, AR, AP, billing, reconciliations, journal entries
Self -starter and self directed
Strong management skill and willingness to develop your team
Experienced in preparing monthly, quarterly and year end reporting (month end journal entries)
Analytical and review and optimize processes
Budgeting and Forecasting, Cost analysis
Analyze Variances and identifying risks
Manages fixes assets
Corporate Taxation

Onsite Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Salary: $110-125k+ DOE
