We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Representative to join a very busy team. The Online Sales Representative will be providing superior service to wholesale customers via phone and online web portals.

Inside Sales Representative job overview:
- Attract and research future clients – Close sales
- Assist in any marketing initiatives and managing social media accounts.
- Recommend appropriate products from the Premier stock line and essential oil car catalog.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients as needed.
- Able to troubleshoot and pay close attention to detail.
- Handle follow-up questions from customers to help resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Resolve customer conflicts and provide solutions to customer issues on time.
- Manage customer stock and essential oil orders, including entry and billing through Online QuickBooks.
- Coordinate the sales, administrative needs, and production aspects of the customer’s account
- Initiate pricing if needed, send to the client, and determine forecasts and MOQs.
- Work closely with the client to get forecasts for quarterly production needs.
- Act as a liaison with Prima Fleur’s Regulatory Department to coordinate client requests.
- Assist in any marketing initiatives and managing social media accounts.
Inside Sales Skills and Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of sales experience in the natural products industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Shopping Carts, and Office software. Experience with graphic design programs is a plus.
- Credible communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Outstanding writing skills.
- Cosmetic and essential oils sales experience.
- Cosmetic and essential oils sales at a manufacturing company a plus
- Understanding of GMP, cGMP, MOQs, and OTC a plus
