We are recruiting for our client in Santa Rosa, CA, who is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their fast-paced office environment. This temp-to-hire role offers a competitive pay range and the potential for long-term, full-time employment with benefits after transitioning to permanent status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth office operations, from managing administrative duties to overseeing equipment maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Handle HR tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, and manage employee records.
- Support the executive team with scheduling, communications, and project tracking.
- Assist with timekeeping, invoicing, and internal reporting.
- Plan company events and team-building activities.
- Coordinate field crew schedules, travel logistics, and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal processes and safety standards.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
