We are seeking experienced servers for a local upscale restaurant in Rohnert Park. This role requires individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guest in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter item in the POS system
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to tables
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation
- Provide knowledgeable answers and recommendations about the menu items
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Proven experience as a server/waiter
- Proficiency in POS systems and order-taking procedures
- Strong communication Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work Sundays consistently from 9am-5pm
- Reliable and committed to high standards and professionalism
