PT-Bookkeeper- Flexible hours
Napa, CA

We are in search of a seasoned, full-charge bookkeeper who thrives in a collaborative work culture and offers a friendly and professional demeanor!

What you'll do:

Provide bookkeeping support to one of the first totally, environmentally friendly fuel terminal malls

Top responsibilities:

Work within QuickBooks to maintain ledger, journal entries, and financial statements
Monitor cash activity and enter all accounts payable invoices
Enter and reconcile all payroll accounts (workers compensation, vacation/sick, accounts receivable/payable)
Serve as backup to controller

You're proficient in:

Full-charge bookkeeping duties
Working with QuickBooks
Keeping vast amounts of financial information organized
Running and providing reports including month-end financial statements
Reconciling financial accounts
Entering invoices
Payroll entry

Relevant position information:

$35/hour
