Warehouse Associate (part-time)

Petaluma CA 

We are looking for an experienced Part-time Warehouse Associate to join a very busy team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders.  

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00am-3:00pm 

Pay-$25/hr 

Warehouse Associate job overview:  

• Receiving and Processing Incoming Goods: 

• Inspecting: Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.  

• Sorting and Storing: Sorting items and placing them in designated storage locations.  

• Inventory Management: Manually update inventory. 

• Checking Stock: Verifying the quantity and quality of incoming items.  

• Order Fulfillment: 

• Packing Orders: Preparing items for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and weighing. Heavy lifting maximum weight 60 lbs.  

• Prepare and Shrink Wrap Pallets. Orders are normally one or two bottles put in a padded envelope for US Mail or 12 – 24 – 36 bottles place in a cardboard box for UPS 

• Shipping Orders: US Mail carrier and UPS daily pick up.  

• Warehouse Operations: 

• Communication: Must possess written and verbal communication skills. 

• Maintaining a Clean Environment: MULTITASKER Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.  Weekly janitorial duties – clean bathrooms, vacuuming offices and inside windows0 

• Assisting with Other Tasks: Helping with various tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves or performing inventory counts.
