What will you do:
As a Plant Manager you will plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to almond and walnut production.
Plant Manager top responsibilities:

Direct production, processing, and distribution activities
-
Review plans and collaborate with team members to develop new processes
-
Conduct site audits
-
Monitor permit requirements to keep up with updates
-
Supervise employees and provide coaching and guidance

Maintain awareness of processing schedules in relation to inventory, staffing, budgets, and time constraints

Manage quality control processes and systems
Plant Manager skills and requirements:
-
Experience in nut processing
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
Bilingual, English and Spanish
-
Extensive experience in food manufacturing environment
-
Proven history of managing full time and seasonal employees
Ideal Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
