Warehouse Associate

Star Staffing is currently recruiting for a cold storage order fullfiller. In this position you will Manage all aspects of the cold storage room by monitoring stock levels, inventory, and FIFO process. Responsible for coordinating warehouse activities of cold storage receiving, picking, and staging orders, and warehouse cleanliness.

Start Pay $19

Duties and Responsibilities: Rate:

• Pick and pack orders following FIFO guidelines
• Verifies all shipping documentation for accuracy
• Ensures all pallet tags are up to date and readable
• Identifies and communicates in a timely manner potential shortage in sales orders by physical inventory (daily) and running the Production Panning Report (twice weekly)
• Communicate with Purchasing/Inventory for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain upkeep and cleanness in the coolers
• Assist in other areas of the warehouse as business needs arise
• Cover lunches and breaks as needed in all areas of the warehouse
• Other tasks may be assigned by warehouse manager.
• Conducts daily spot counts
• Weekly Cycle Counts
• Communicate immediately any inventory or lot code discrepancies
• Accurately store goods implementing FIFO process

Qualifications:

• Basic Math Skills
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Forklift certified.
