Position Overview:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public spaces. This role is essential to delivering a positive, comfortable, and safe environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, patios, and surrounding areas to meet cleanliness standards

• Sanitize bathrooms and restock guest amenities such as toiletries, linens, and printed materials

• Remove and replace used towels and bed linens

• Clean and maintain public areas including restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and exterior walkways

• Perform laundry duties, including washing and folding towels, linens, and uniforms

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and supply rooms

• Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the supervisor

• Follow all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists

• Respond to special cleaning or guest service requests as directed

• Ensure safe and appropriate use of cleaning supplies and chemicals

• Handle lost and found items according to company policy

• Support laundry attendants and other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required (training available)

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and extended standing

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently

• Professional, courteous attitude when interacting with guests and team members

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
