Our Petaluma client is seeking a customer-focused Member Services Representative to support branch operations and deliver exceptional member service. This role is ideal for someone with prior bank teller experience who enjoys helping members, processing transactions accurately, and promoting financial products in a relationship-driven environment.

What you will do

Do you enjoy helping customers with their financial needs and providing friendly, accurate service? In this role, you will support members with daily transactions, open new accounts, and serve as a trusted resource for products and services.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly service to members and prospective members
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
Open new savings, checking, certificate, and IRA accounts
Educate members on available financial products, services, and digital banking tools
Assist with ATM and debit card requests, check orders, stop payments, and ACH requests
Cross-sell products and services that meet member needs
Support membership growth initiatives and community outreach efforts
Resolve member inquiries and issues in a timely, service-focused manner

Required qualifications

Min of 3 years of prior bank teller experience required
Strong cash handling and transaction accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable cross-selling financial products
Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and professionalism

Operating packaging and assembly machines to produce plastic finished goods
Feeding components into machines, inspecting final products, and packaging according to specifications
Recording production data such as lot numbers, case counts, and machine output

What you bring:

Experience in machine operation or assembly line work (preferred but not required)
Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and follow safety procedures
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a team environment

We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to support the Accounting and Finance department for our client in Petaluma. As an Accounting Clerk, you will assist with general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable support, and monthly close activities while helping maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment

What will you do:

Do you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting accounting operations? As an Accounting Clerk, youâll have the opportunity to be hands-on with financial data, support month-end close activities, and work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile and balance General Ledger accounts
Assist Accounts Payable with invoice processing, filing, and check runs
Support monthly closing activities and perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

3+ years of related accounting or clerical experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access (including databases and queries)
Strong math skills with the ability to calculate proportions and percentages

Support Account Managers by preparing quotes and sourcing computer hardware, software, and related products.
Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and customers via phone and email.
Research IT products and solutions to support ongoing sales needs.
Manage sales-related tasks including customer follow-up, product sourcing, and account research.
Provide exceptional customer service while juggling multiple priorities.
Perform additional administrative and sales support tasks as needed.

What You Bring

1year + of sales, customer service and clerical experience (wireless retail or phone-based customer service preferred).

We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing procurement, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution, with a strong emphasis on S&OP, inventory optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing

As the Director of Supply Chain, you will own the full supply chain lifecycle and serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Finance. You will lead teams, drive data-based decision making, and ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery of perishable goods while maintaining the highest standards for food safety, compliance, and service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute supply chain strategy across procurement, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and transportation
Own Sales & Operations Planning and inventory planning processes to align demand, supply, and financial targets
Drive KPI performance including OTIF, inventory turns, service levels, and total delivered cost
Leverage ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar, to improve visibility and decision making
Ensure full compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Oversee vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier performance, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain and logistics teams
Serve as point of contact for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews

Required experience and qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field required
8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
Food or dairy manufacturing experience strongly required, including perishable goods supply chains
Proven experience leading S&OP and inventory planning processes
Strong ERP experience required, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
Working knowledge of TMS and WMS systems preferred
Deep understanding of FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA, and DOT compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operations
Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, ISM CPSM, or Six Sigma are highly preferred

Work environment and expectations

Full-time, exempt, on-site position
Frequent presence on production floor and in warehouse environments
Flexibility required to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Occasional travel, typically less than 20 percent
