Ensure established safety guidelines are understood and followed.

Transfer empty / full / pressurized wine hoses and attach with clamp fittings to tanks / pumps / transfer lines to transfer / rack wine, juice, must, water or cleaning solutions.

Accurately measure dry and liquid additives per calculations and work order instructions for additions to wine / juice.

Use pump and hoses to complete additions to wine / juice in tank and subsequent mixing to ensure homogenization of tank.

Manipulate tank lids to ensure proper opening and closing of tank tops for cellar operations.

Operate cleaning equipment and tools to clean cellar floors, walls, tank pads, outside and inside of tanks, and catwalks.

The successful Staffing Specialist will work in an extremely fast-paced environment conducting various duties associated with recruiting, screening, selection, and hiring employees for a wide array of industries and positions.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Full-cycle recruitment: source, recruit, screen, interview, hire, and place candidates.

  • Run database searches

  • Tour employees at client locations

Qualifications:

Primary Job Functions

  • Follow instructions of the job

  • Ability to work well in a team oriented atmosphere

  • Maintain established standards for line speeds and quality

  • Take proper precautions and use all equipment safely

  • Wear personal protective gear as assigned

  • Notify the Line Lead or Supervisor of any quality, safety, or mechanical problems

  • Operate depositors correctly maintaining established line speeds and quality of the product

  • Operate additional processing equipment as trained

  • Maintain a clean work area and perform housekeeping procedures as needed

  • Assembling parts together, vending, and operating the machines and quality control.

  • Other duties may be assigned

Experience

No prior experience required

Language Skills

  • Ability to read simple instructions

  • Ability to complete simple forms

  • Ability to verbally communicate with supervisor

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 35 lbs

Annual bonuses offered.

The position is on the production line for the PM shift 2:30pm to 11:15pm with a starting rate of $12.50 per hour, overtime available as well on Saturday if interested.

The successful Staffing Specialist will work in an extremely fast-paced environment conducting various duties associated with recruiting, screening, selection, and hiring employees for a wide array of industries and positions.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Full-cycle recruitment: source, recruit, screen, interview, hire, and place candidates.

  • Run database searches

  • Tour employees at client locations

  • Conduct employee check ins/orientation at client location

  • Payroll auditing

  • Maintain and update any Internet job advertising.

  • Keep current active, employee pipeline.

  • Assist other offices to help fill orders as needed.

Account Management

  • Maintain good working relationships with clients, making a strong effort towards business development.

  • Be responsible for taking, filling and following up on assigned job orders.

Qualifications:

  • 2 Plus year experience (Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities).

  • Preferably Bilingual: Spanish/English, but not required

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

  • Prior staffing industry experience is a plus.
