Our client is seeking a Receptionist to support a local manufacturing company. This person will provide general office support by answering incoming calls, directing calls, mail distribution, correspondence, and ordering supplies.
You’re good at:
- High School diploma/GED or 3+ years of experience
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Administrative tasks – filing, handling mail, answering phones, etc.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
- Team player but can also work independently
- Excellent communication skills
