We are looking for a Billing Specialist to support a local company. This position provides administrative billing support through filing & scheduling, financial record keeping, working with vendors, and dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
You’re good at:
- Generating invoices
- Accurate data entry
- Being detail oriented to ensure each clients specific needs are met
- Sorting documents
- Maintain paper & electronic files
- Basic bookkeeping – expense reporting, ledgers, reconciling payments, etc.
You’re great at:
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills
