Local Fairfield Tire company is seeking an Account Administrator with excellent analytical skills. Responsibilities include supporting wholesale accounts such as posting orders and submitting credits. The Account Administrator will also support the accounting department as needed and work on special projects as directed by the Wholesale General Manager.
$17-20/hour, depending on experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience or 2 years relevant work experience with a degree
- Must be able to communicate at all levels internally and with vendors
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Monthly reporting for the State of California
- National Account Delivery Receipts
- Excellent analytical skills
- An Associate s degree is preferred in Sales or Accounting
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
- Mathematical ability to reconcile invoice/purchase orders and vendor monthly statements
- Confidence to work independently, but responsive to team environment
