Front Office Receptionist (Temp 2Â weeks)Â
We are in search of a front office receptionist to support a local professional business in Santa Rosa.Â
Schedule is M-F 830 am to 5 pm (Sept 9-Sept 20)
Pay is $25/hrÂ

What you’ll do:
Answer multiple phone lines, transfer calls, take messages. Greet and assist external and internal customers.Â
Top responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a timely manner with extreme attention to the customer experience
- Greeting clients/visitors as they arrive for appointments.Â
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer savvy and ability to learn new systems

Requirements:Â
MUST HAVE Previous Office Receptionist experience and multi line phone experience.Â
