Our client in Petaluma is looking for a Sales Admin to join their team. As a Sales Admin, you will provide direct support to the Customer Service team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience working in a clerical, sales or customer service environment.
  • Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP systems

Primary Job Functions
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, re-routes calls to the correct department and welcomes customers
  • Assist with customer correspondence via email, telephone or mail
  • Assists in the preparation of quotations
  • Checks the accuracy and completeness of customer POs and updates the ERP system accordingly
  • Assists in processing invoices and credit payments for customer orders
  • Prepares regular sales and customer service reports
  • Helps to obtain accurate fabrication, delivery/tracking information for product shipments from production, purchasing, inventory and shipping
  • Maintain electronic copies of customer POs, quotations, correspondence and work orders
  • Supports with clerical assignments; including special projects

Monday-Friday 8: 00am-5pm
