Our client in Petaluma is looking for a Sales Admin to join their team. As a Sales Admin, you will provide direct support to the Customer Service team.
Temp to hire
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience working in a clerical, sales or customer service environment.
- Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems
Primary Job Functions
- Answers incoming telephone calls, re-routes calls to the correct department and welcomes customers
- Assist with customer correspondence via email, telephone or mail
- Assists in the preparation of quotations
- Checks the accuracy and completeness of customer POs and updates the ERP system accordingly
- Assists in processing invoices and credit payments for customer orders
- Prepares regular sales and customer service reports
- Helps to obtain accurate fabrication, delivery/tracking information for product shipments from production, purchasing, inventory and shipping
- Maintain electronic copies of customer POs, quotations, correspondence and work orders
- Supports with clerical assignments; including special projects
