Are you passionate about advocacy, communications, and helping small businesses thrive? We’re looking for a Marketing Support Strategist to play a key role in supporting public relations and marketing efforts that spotlight small business issues. This is a hands-on, dynamic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in an energetic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in marketing and PR campaigns that advocate for small business causes
• Conduct outreach calls to organizations, public interest groups, and congressional offices
• Create and schedule content across social media platforms
• Manage relationships with media contacts and advocacy groups
• Organize calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle general correspondence
• Maintain CRM records, input meeting notes, and track engagement
• Monitor inboxes, respond to inquiries, and track project timelines
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and provide general administrative support

• Bachelor’s degree in Public relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field — or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation
• Confidence in networking and building positive external relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
