Our client is seeking the very best HR professional to support a local wine distribution company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years of increasing Human Resources Generalist experience
- Knowledge on OSHA Law
- Bilingual
- Customer-focused, proactive, positive and driven
- Strong consultative skills
- Experience in an array of areas : recruiting, employee development, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits and performance management.
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Good analytical skills and must be proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines.
