Job Description

HR Generalist

Location: Windsor, CA
Employment: Long-term Temp
Hourly Rate: $30-$35hr.+ DOE

Our client is seeking the very best HR professional to support a local wine distribution company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
5+ years of increasing Human Resources Generalist experience
Knowledge on OSHA Law
Bilingual
Customer-focused, proactive, positive and driven
Strong consultative skills
Experience in an array of areas : recruiting, employee development, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits and performance management.
Knowledge of employment laws
Good analytical skills and must be proficient in MS Office.
Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines.
