We are in search of a Forklift Driver to support the manufacturing department. As a Forklift Driver, you will perform essential functions in a food manufacturing facility.Sacramento, CA

Do you enjoy keeping busy and physical work? Are you comfortable doing repetitive work? As a general laborer, you’ll have the opportunity to be instrumental in the shipping department.
Forklift Driver Top responsibilities:
- Performs the movement, storage, documentation, and inventory of incoming and outgoing products.
- Occasionally engages in “high stacking” performed with a high degree of speed, accuracy, and safety.
- Uses SAP system and scanning equipment to maintain inventory counts and record inventory transactions.
- Performs inventory functions, as necessary.
- Supports the generalist concept by performing various sanitation duties, maintenance, housekeeping, and other functions as assigned.
- May perform general laborer work on seasonal basis.
- 1 year of forklift operator experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of machine operations.
- Required to climb up and down ladders and catwalks.
- Must be able to identify and solve problems independently, coordinate workflow and meet output standards.
- Required to work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
