What you’ll do:
As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for operating a sit-down dual/quad forklift, load, unload, provide material to production machine operator, stage and daily documentation.
Top responsibilities:
- Operate safely single/double forklift in a fast-paced production-based environment.
- Responsible for filling out safety checklist on time and with accuracy.
- Perform in accordance with quality system that is compliant with company’s standards and SQF.
- Effective communication with peers and management
- General warehouse good housekeeping practices
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in fast-paced warehousing environment
- Must have 3 years of forklift experience specializing in dual/quad forks.
- Must have a Valid Drivers License and clean MVR, background and drug screening.
- Knowledge in transport packing and production- based warehouse is a plus
- Good organization, math, written and oral communication.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must adhere to all safety rules.
- Self-motivated, reliable, has a positive attitude and contributes to a positive team culture
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow directions
Pay: $19/HR
