Temporary Customer Service Representative
Location – St. Helena, CA
We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client's team during their busy period. This is a 1-month temporary assignment—perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor looking to step into a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Details:

Duration: 1-month temporary role (no potential for permanent placement)

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday – Friday, or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22–$25/hr (DOE)
Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls

Take customer orders
-
Perform data entry and complete work order forms

Respond to emails and general customer inquiries
Requirements:

Strong data entry and computer literacy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Personable, friendly, and patient demeanor

Professional and reliable

Prior experience in the wine industry
