Temporary Customer Service Representative

Location – St. Helena, CA 

We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client's team during their busy period. This is a 1-month temporary assignment—perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor looking to step into a fast-paced environment.

 Assignment Details:

• Duration: 1-month temporary role (no potential for permanent placement)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $22–$25/hr (DOE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls

• Take customer orders

• Perform data entry and complete work order forms

• Respond to emails and general customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Strong data entry and computer literacy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Personable, friendly, and patient demeanor

• Professional and reliable

• Prior experience in the wine industry
