Chief Executive Officer Top responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily functioning's of food manufacturing company

Collaborate with owner, executive leadership team, and various levels of staff on daily operations

Create and revise organization-wide processes as needed
Chief Executive Officer Skills and requirements:

Extensive, executive-level experience within the agriculture/food manufacturing industry

Graduate or Undergraduate degree preferred

A personable demeanor with the ability to empathize as well as direct
Ideal schedule: This role will work Monday through Friday, occasionally over 40 hours per week
Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 annual salary + yearly bonus
