Bilingual Recruiter

The successful Recruiter will work in an extremely fast-paced environment conducting various duties associated with screening, selection, and hiring employees for assignments. The Recruiter is expected to work 7: 00 a.M. To 4: 00 p.M. Or 8: 00 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M. Monday through Friday and on-call as necessary for Client needs. The successful Recruiter will develop and maintain relationships with candidates in the branch territory. The Recruiter is under the direction of the Branch Manager. POSITION REQUIRES BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
Responsibilities:

Recruitment
  • Recruit and screen candidates
  • Build pipeline of available employees to fill open positions
  • Run data base searches
  • Complete the e-verify process
  • Perform reference and background checks on applicants, schedules appointments for drug screening as required.
  • Place employees on job assignments
  • Make confirmation calls
  • Conduct employee check ins/orientation at client location
  • Advertise all open positions using sources on Free Recruiting Sources List.
  • Maintain and update any internet advertisement.
  • Maintain active candidate pipeline.
  • Call potential candidates a day from different recruiting sources.
  • Attend outside Job Fair at least once a month.
  • Keep current active, employee available list.
  • Work closely with Staffing Specialist providing candidates for open positions.
  • Monitor newspaper, web postings.
  • Offer referral bonus to current and prospective employees.
  • Assist other offices to help fill orders as needed.

Applicant Responsibilities
  • Schedule, screen and interview applicants.
    • Meet with all Walk In Candidates
    • Verify/Test skills
    • Check references
    • Verify degree, if applicable
    • Verify documents and schedule drug and or background check if required
    • Type or edit resumes as needed.
    • Ensure that all employees starting a job have a map, contact information, job description and time card.
    • Ensure that safety materials and training is given and that employee knows what to do in the event of an accident/injury.

Recruiter Responsibilities
  • Maintain current auto insurance.
  • Dress in a professional/casual manner; see staff handbook for details.
Qualifications:
  • 2 Plus year experience (Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities).
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Prior staffing industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
