- Keep the office running smoothly—manage schedules, emails, phones, and supplies
- Maintain digital and physical project files
- Support timesheet tracking, expense reports, and travel coordination
- Assist with basic HR and accounting tasks
- Help format reports and ensure documents are organized and professional
- 2+ years of admin experience (consulting/technical office a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat; GSuite a bonus
